This statute was passed by United Kingdom for the purpose of ceding control of its colonies. In other words, the British Crown declared that it’s colonies, one of which was Canada, were free to govern themselves.
This meant that the representation of the British rule, that being the Canadian Federal Authority, was supposed to dissolve. This was supposed to leave individual and independent states, such as Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta etc. on their own, leaving the people of those states to decide how they wish to be governed or if they wish to create a union of more than one state.
This did not take place. Instead, those who ran the federal government at that time have decided that they will not tell anyone and they stayed in their comfortable positions completely illegally since that year. This unlawful and illegal operation has been carried over and over, being propped up by tyrannical individuals such as Pierre Elliot Trudeau and Sean Chretien for their own ends.
The implications for Albertans are tremendous. It means that anyone who has ever been charged with a federal law has been charged unlawfully. It means that federal income tax is actually unlawful and illegal. It means that agencies such as the RCMP or the Canadian military are unlawful. It means that the Canadian state exists only because Canadians have no idea how much they have been lied to. It means that Canada is a complete illusion.
