The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms...it's not what you think...just like most things Canadian.
Many proud Canadians incorrectly think that the Charter of Rights and Freedoms somehow guarantees some vague idea of rights to someone. This is not the case. Never has been and never could be.
To drive this point home, let’s divide the Charter of Rights and Freedoms into three parts:
Part 1 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms
In this part, let’s talk about all of the rights and freedoms that the charter supposedly guarantees. The bulk of these rights will be found in sections 2 and sections 7 to 15 of the Charter.
So what do these sections actually say…?
Section 2 says that everyone has the following fundamental freedoms;
Freedom of conscience and religion;
Freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression , freedom of the press and other media.
Freedom of peaceful assembly; and freedom of association.
Then Sections 7 to 15 of the charter say that everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof, the right to be secure against unreasonable search and seizure, right not to be arbitrarily detained or imprisoned. Section 10 describes what rights everyone has upon arrest such as be promptly informed why he’s arrested, right to retain counsel, have validity of his detention determined by way of habeas corpus…
Section 11 deals with proceedings in criminal and penal matters, Section 12 deals with treatment and punishment i.e. the right not to be subjected to any cruel and unusual treatment or punishment. Section 13 deals with self-incrimination and section 14 states that anyone has a right to interpreter who needs one. Section 15 describes equality before the law.
Part 2 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms
Part two is section one of the Charter. What does section one say…?
“The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it subject only to such reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society.”
In other words, your rights have limits. These limits have to be “demonstrably justified” but what does that mean? It means that the judiciary gets to decide what that means. And judiciary is appointed by the Prime Minister whom Albertans do not get to vote for…ever. How convenient. Also, remember that the Soviet Union, China, North Korea all were and are democratic societies. Basically, who gets to set these limits or define them can change from day to day, week to week and month to month…
Part 3 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms
For part three, let’s save section 33. This section states:
“Parliament or the legislature of a province may expressly declare in an Act of Parliament or of the Legislature, as the case may be, that the Act or the provision thereof shall operate notwithstanding a provision included in section 7 to 15 of this Charter. “
The word “notwithstanding” means “despite” or “in spite of….
So let's bring it all together
The Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees certain rights…for example, you have the right not to be arbitrarily detained or imprisoned (Section 9) and you have the right not to be subjected to any cruel and unusual punishment (Section 12).
But in section one, the federal government is permitted to place limitations on these rights as it sees fit. Then, provincial or federal governments, have the right to pass laws despite the above mentioned rights.
So what does the Charter of Rights and Freedoms actually guarantee? Well nothing for you dear Canadian patriot. The only thing this document guarantees is that the elites running this operation, can treat you however they want. All they have to do is declare an emergency…like a pandemic or something…and you can literally be thrown into the slammer for no reason and get waterboarded.
And keep in mind, this is only three parts of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. We still haven’t covered parts of the charter such as “Affirmative Action”, which is literally illegal in most normal countries…
What are actual rights...?
A right cannot be “chartered”. A right is something that every man and every woman comes to this plane with, in the same way that they come to this planet with a body, a mind, and the ability to imagine and create.
For many decades, Canadians have been brainwashed into believing that their rights come from the government. This implies that if Joe doesn’t know his rights, then Jimmy, who makes it into the government and lives off Joe’s taxes knows what Joe’s rights are and therefore gets to dictate them to Joe. This concept is absolutely illogical and bordering on moronic if not insane.
The attributes that humans come to earth with don’t end with the body and mind. They are also the basic human rights which include the right to freedom, right to the fruits of your labor, right to property and the right to defend the above and the right to do whatever you want provided you don’t endanger the lives or property of others. These truths are self evident. Do you think it makes sense to be given the ability by your creator to think up an idea and then have the end result belong to someone else? Or have 50% of the proceeds for this result belong to someone else?
These basic human rights are unalienable. Just like its impossible to remove a part of your body without causing harm, so it is impossible to remove your rights without causing harm. However the Canadian fascist tyranny has done an amazing job denying them and convincing Canadians that their rights are in some “Charter”….
Conclusion
A “Canadian” does not really have any rights at all. The Charter of Rights and Freedoms is nothing more than a collection of privileges that can be removed any time.
This why your bank accounts can be frozen, your business can be closed, your children can be removed and all you have to do is something the regime doesn’t like. After all, Canadians are subjects and “PERSONS”…not “PEOPLE”.
A PERSON…is an artificially created entity, a corporation. Corporations are meant to produce profit and have no rights.
If Canadians truly understood the “relationship” between them and their government, no one would be flying Canadian flags. They would be burning them in the streets along with the copies of the Charter. Anyone, who willingly supports or worships the “Canadian Constitution” as something good, valuable, or somehow helpful to the Canadian people has either never read it, which the vast majority of the people, or the may have some sort of mental problem. However those who truly push the Charter hard are those who stand to gain in money and power over others from the current, Canadian status quo.
