The Clarity Act

An Act to give effect to the requirement for clarity as set out in the opinion of the Supreme Court of Canada in the Quebec Secession Reference

That is the first line in that law… “As set out in the OPINION of the Supreme Court ….”

In Case You Are Unclear About The Clarity Act...

The Clarity Act was put in place to set out some rules for Canadian Provinces to follow should they decide to separate. It came in  to effect after the 1995 Quebec referendum. A referendum that brought Quebec very  close to independence. In fact, the referendum resulted in a narrow victory for the “No” (No to separation) side, with 50.58% of the votes, compared to 49.42% for the “Yes” side, a margin of only 54,288 votes. Voter turnout was exceptionally high at 93.52%

...so What About It...?

Michael Wagner, a proud Alberta patriot, authored a book “No Other Option”, describing Alberta’s need to leave confederation through the Clarity act. Alberta Prosperity Project (APP) is calling for Alberta sovereignty, and various independence parties and movements, such as Wexit, and Alberta Independence Party all call for Alberta to separate from Canada using the Clarity Act…

Unfortunately, Albertans want to separate from Ottawa because they are treated badly by an illegitimate regime that cannot be trusted. They (The Canadian Laurentian Elites) have been treating the west just like a slave camp that is there for their own amusement, profit and fulfillment of their socialist agendas.

What the Clarity Act says and how it’s structured is not the purpose of this article. This article deals with a “Canadian” thought process which Canadians seem to cling to because it’s “right” regardless of how illogical, backwards and unworkable it may be…

What's The Bottom Line...?

It is completely unrealistic to think that the very entity, in this case the Government of Canada, that Albertans cannot trust because they don’t get a vote, are pressured into paying transfer payments with no benefits to themselves, are overtaxed with no accountability and have never even been consulted if they want to be part of the Canadian Confederation….can suddenly trust their slave keepers with laws such as the Clarity Act to allow the slaves to leave…

No slave keeper lets his slaves voluntarily go…ever. It has never happened in history…ever.

So How Will Using The Clarity Act Actually Play out...?

At first the slave keepers will decide, by THEIR opinion, if the referendum question is clear. This will be accomplished by forming comities composed of THEIR people, appointed by THEM. These people will work within THEIR framework, made up of THEIR rules, regulations and policies.  When THEY are ready, which could take years, THEY will present THEIR findings which will show that the referendum question was not clear and Albertans have to go back to the drawing board. When the clarity question is sorted out within Alberta, then the rest of the country gets to vote if Alberta should separate or not. At this stage, of course, Albertans will be voted out by the significantly more populous Ontario and Quebec as is done at every federal election…always.

So What's the Point of the Clarity Act?

It’s very simple. The Act is there to show the international community how loving and understanding our slave keepers are…giving us a “legal” way to leave and all. Therefore, if any province simply declares independence by drafting a declaration of independence, the slave keepers have the legal right to bomb the daylights out of them and make them submit through whatever force they see fit. After all the separatists didn’t follow “The Law”…(THEIR law).

In other words, the Clarity Act is nothing more than a “legal” maneuver, designed so that the  WEF controlled parties of Canada can retain control over the whole of “Canada” for ever.

What's Left To Do?

The only way out of Canadian tyranny is for the people of Alberta to draft a declaration of independence. And since Canada is nothing more than a geographic location and not a real nation, the process of separation MUST be done with the separatists acting as if the slave keepers were irrelevant. That is because since 1931 passage of the Statute of Westminster, they are. One cannot separate from an illusory entity in the same way as someone who has never been married cannot get a divorce. It’s actually much more simple than THEY make it out to be.
